Four mechanisms, one bottle.
Minoxidil widens blood vessels around the follicle and extends the growth phase. Finasteride blocks the DHT that miniaturises genetically susceptible follicles.
Latanoprost extends the anagen growth phase through a separate prostaglandin pathway, and ketoconazole reduces scalp inflammation and has mild anti-androgen activity of its own.
Applying all four topically means substantially lower systemic exposure than oral tablets — the main concern that keeps men off oral finasteride.

Topical application produces substantially lower systemic exposure than oral tablets, which is why it is preferred by men concerned about the sexual side effects reported with oral finasteride. Some absorption still occurs.
